Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned in sellable condition.
- Food items are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.
Return Process
- Email us at namaste@pujasanskaram.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Ship the product via a reliable courier or India Post Speed Post with a valid tracking number.
- Ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refund Timeline
Once a member of our team has received and checked the returned product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from this date.
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be sent via bank transfer within India to the same account or payment method used for the original transaction.
Cancellations
No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed.
International Orders
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for international orders (outside India).
