Experienced and verified Purohits will perform the religious service you choose in line with your family’s tradition and comfort.

1) How It Works

  1. Tell us your puja or homa — Select the service, date, time, and location.
  2. Choose preferences — Sampradāya (Smārta, Vaiṣṇava, Mādhva, Lingayat, etc.) and any special requirements.
  3. We assign a verified Purohit — You receive the Purohit’s name, contact details, and a brief profile.
  4. Confirm with an advance — Pay a small advance to reserve your slot.
  5. Puja day — The Purohit arrives on time; rituals are performed as per vidhi. Materials can be arranged by us or by you.
  6. Feedback & receipt — Share your experience and receive your invoice/receipt.

2) Date & Time of the Service

If you already know the date and time, select them while booking.
Otherwise, provide the date, time, and place of birth of the main person for the chosen service. Our Purohit team will recommend an auspicious date and time and share it via email and/or phone.

3) Service/Event Location

The address and PIN code you provide must fall within the Region/City you select.
If it is outside the selected region, your booking may be cancelled or additional travel charges may apply (only if our Purohit agrees to accept the booking). Cancellation charges may apply in such cases.

4) Payment

  • You may pay partially or in full, as convenient.
  • The total (full) amount includes Purohit Dakṣiṇa, materials for the service (main items, if arranged by us), travel/transport, and applicable taxes.
  • If you choose partial payment, the balance is payable immediately after the service.
  • If you prefer to arrange the materials yourself, mention this in the “Special notes” field. We will share a materials checklist and the deducted amount via email and/or phone.

5) Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • Reschedule: One free reschedule if requested ≥ 3 days before the service.
  • Cancellation: Cancel ≥ 2 days before the puja for a full advance refund. Within 2 days, the advance is non-refundable but may be adjusted once for a future date (subject to availability).

6) Other Important Points

  • Confirmation: Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the advance.
  • No-Show: If the location is inaccessible or the host is unavailable beyond 30 minutes, it may be treated as a no-show.
  • Materials: If arranged by us, materials costs are payable even if you cancel after procurement.
  • Conduct: Please maintain a sāttvic environment; non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and smoking are to be avoided during rituals.
  • Invoice/Receipt: A tax invoice/receipt will be sent via email.
