Returns and exchange policy for Products

At our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.You can exchange/return the product if you received:

Faulty/defective product

Physically damaged product

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date when you receive the product. There is no cancellation allowed.

Products   must be in their original condition, Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted, brand packaging should be intact

Replacements will be made based on the availabi,lity of that product on the website

Write to us at within 30 days of receipt of your product. We expect you to send the product via a reliable speed post or courier with tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Replacements are made on  availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation.                     

Once a member of our team has received and checked the returned product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from this date and

Once your refund has been approved, the money will be sent via bank transfer within India to the same channels /account from where we got your payment.

If your shipping address is outside India, exchange/refund or cancellations are not allowed.

For food items exchange/refund or cancellations are not allowed.
